Caregivers play a critical role in the healthcare industry. They provide essential services to individuals who are unable to care for themselves due to illness, disability, or old age. However, being a caregiver can be a challenging task, especially when it comes to balancing work hours and family responsibilities. Many caregivers work long hours, often sacrificing their time to ensure their patients receive the necessary care. This can strain their family life, as they may not have enough time to spend with their loved ones. Caregivers must find ways to manage their work schedules while remaining available for their families. Being a caregiver is a demanding and important role that requires a delicate balance between work and family life. This study focuses on finding ways to manage their time and seek support from their loved ones and employers to ensure they can provide the best possible care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It will also determine the impact of working hours on the family roles of caregivers.
