University Research Production and Utilization Management System

The process of creating a research proposal and submitting it for final approval is a very time-consuming process as any proposal may require multiple parties to review and authorize it and every step. With this, the main objective of the paper is to design and implement a research proposal submission management system. To accomplish the set of objectives, the researcher utilized the Web Development Life Cycle as its process model. This cycle includes the gathering, planning, design, development, testing and maintenance and update. The university research production and utilization management system were developed to eases out the submission processing, collection, tracking and management of paper submissions of the research center. Paper information can be received, authenticated, tracked, stored, and distributed electronically.
