The study assessed the effectiveness of student services and their influence on student development in the four campuses of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), SY 2013- 2014. Descriptive, evaluative, comparative and correlational methods of research were employed. Respondents were administrators, faculty members and student leaders. Data were gathered through questionnaire, interview, documentary analysis and ocular inspection and were treated statistically using weighted mean, ranking, one-way ANOVA, Pearson R correlation analysis and DMRT. Findings revealed that the four campuses of CBSUA were ”very effective” in managing the different student services. The social, cultural, political and intellectual aspects of students in the four campuses of CBSUA were “highly developed” through the various student services provided. Student services such as sports development, library, student organizations, arts and culture development, guidance and counseling, scholarship and financial assistance, campus ministry and health services did not vary among campuses.
