Juancho Jose Rizal Memorial State University, Philippines cheryljuancho@jrmsu.edu.ph,...This study aimed to assist the teaching method of Filipino teachers according to Technological Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) and Content Knowledge (CK) and validated the skills of teachers in Filipino subject regarding the use of new technology, and created a program that will develop the ability of teachers focused on TK, PK and CK on the five campuses of Jose Rizal Memorial State University academic year 2018-2019. The quantitative method was used. Frequency, percentage, rank, mean, standard deviation, T-test, ANOVA Test, Spearman Rho Test and Pearson Chi-square test were used as statistical tools. There were 26 teachers and 475 students as respondents for this study. Findings revealed that new technologies were “often used” by the teachers like laptop and printer. In TK, Filipino Teachers were considered “proficient” in terms of making reports using the Microsoft word. In PK, they were also “proficient” in reading various texts using a” power point presentation”. In CK, grammar was rated “very good” but rated “good” in literature. They were proficiency in TK, PK and CK when grouped according to age, gender and length of service.
