Descriptive type of research was utilized in the study. The result of this study confirms the Motivating Language Theory that faculty members can be encouraged to perform their work assignments better through articulating the necessary information directly from the Deans or Directors of the academic institution to further integrate learning and utilize the knowledge derived from the experiences of the employees towards the attainment of the University’s vision and mission.
