This research analyzed the impact of the master thesis on the social and cultural status of the Sorsoganons. It is used by the documentary-analysis method. The main source of data is the master’s thesis of MAED-Filipino students at one State College in the Philippines from 2014-2018. It has been found that the contents of the master theses are in line with Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) standards. In this research topics in language research subject are, the teaching of Filipino language / subjects, teaching another language using Filipino, training in using Filipino, language planning and K to 12 and MTB-MLE. In
language / linguistic research, subjects include linguistics and grammar of Filipino and other languages, comparative language learning, dictionary development / nomenclature, orthography and language standardization. In research in cultural studies, cultural studies, literature (general education), stories, poetry, literature, folklore, and tourism. The outcomes of the study were instructional materials, action plans, training designs, policy suggestions, and books, magazines and pamphlets. It will be useful for effective communication, enrichment of the Filipino language, introduction of area tourism, supplemental teaching aids, community information, additional information on MTB-MLE, policy development, revision of literary and cultural importance. It is recommended that the generated outputs be used by the school as a basis and reference for teaching. The community can also use the generated outputs to better identify the area and identify the tourism it has.
