The study aimed to describe the employee relation practices in terms of improving employee morale, building company culture, conveying expectations and participating in management decision and identify the employee performance in terms of personal management and behaviour and productivity. Describe type of research was utilized in the study. Results showed that employees always want to feel that they are part of the company’s objectives which require continuous learning, better communication and fair benefits. Respondents agreed that the atmosphere and interpersonal relation in respective department are friendly and cooperative. Having strong working relationship among the people within the company can deliver good quality of high performance.
