Specifically, it aimed to identify the profile of the respondents in consideration to type of respondents and campus; determined the extent of IGP of Batangas State University practices as to the operations of management activities; determined the operational performance of IGPs of Batangas State University in terms of speed, quality, flexibility, dependability and cost; investigated the different factors that affect the IGPs’ financial performance in terms of unit’s internal control, resource allocation, and management capacity; tested the significant difference on the extent of operational management activities when grouped according to type of respondent and campus; tested the significant relationship between the operations management activities and the operational performance; tested the significant relationship between operational performance and factors that affect financial performance. Descriptive survey method of research was used to a total of 426 participants; frequency and percentage distribution, T- test and ANOVA using SPSS software were used. The study indicated that there is a significant relationship between the operational management activities and operational performance except for design related to human resource and speed performance and there is an observable relationship between the operational performance and the factors that affect the financial performance of IGP. Resource allocation, internal control, and management capacity affect the financial performance of IGP.
